Experience :

· 1 year of experience in education industry (preferred)
· Monitoring & supporting education delivery process.
· Exposure to basic H/w troubleshooting will be an added advantage
· Good communication skills essential.


Any graduate having 1-5 years of Experience having good communication skills, should be
able to resolve Technical problems on telephone , having Work Experience in Windows
2000/2003/XP, MS Outlook, MS Office – Installation,Configuration, troubleshooting and
supporting other windows application and Mapping printers.
